Each Stitchi Studio embroidery kit is custom-made and hand-prepared. For our Custom Photo Embroidery Kits, we have an average delivery time of 5–10 business days — our designers first manually translate your photo into a pattern, after which the kit is assembled and shipped.

This ensures you receive top quality, a personal finish, and a freshly made item that has been carefully checked.

FREE SHIPPING

We cover the shipping costs for your embroidery kit entirely — free worldwide shipping, with no minimum spend. Whether you live in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, or Australia: you never pay shipping costs.

TRACK YOUR PACKAGE

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information from PostNL or DPD, allowing you to track your shipment.

NOT SATISFIED?

We are happy to help — service is our top priority. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your embroidery kit. If you're not? Then we will find a solution together.

EXCHANGES

Would you like to exchange a kit? Let us know within 14 days via the contact form. Please include your order number and which product you would prefer.

RETURNS

Would you rather return it? No problem — register your return within 14 days via the contact form, and we will send you the instructions.

CUSTOM PHOTO EMBROIDERY KITS

Embroidery kits with your own photo are personalized and cannot be returned or canceled once production has started. We begin creating your unique pattern immediately after the order is placed.
