What exactly is Stitchi Studio?
Stitchi Studio creates complete cross-stitch embroidery kits. You can buy ready-made patterns or have your own photo converted into a unique embroidery.
Do I need experience?
No. Our beginner's collection is designed for people who have never embroidered before. The manual explains each stitch step-by-step.
Ordering your own photo
Which photos work best?
Sharp photos with daylight, a clear background, and the main subject clearly visible. High resolution (at least 1500×1500 px) gives the best result.
What if my photo is not good enough?
We manually assess every photo. If in doubt, we will email you with a suggestion or ask for another photo. No extra costs.
Can I also upload a drawing or illustration?
Yes, you can. A digital file with sharp lines works best.
How long does it take until I receive my kit?
We make your kit in 5–7 business days; after that, it reaches you in 2–4 business days.

How many hours will it take to embroider?
- 30×40 cm: 15–20 hours
- 40×50 cm: 25–35 hours
- 50×70 cm: 40–60 hours

Is shipping free?
Yes, always, with no minimum spend.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver to every country where you can check out, always without shipping costs.
Can I return my order?
Kits made from your own photo are made to your specifications and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal; they cannot be returned. If you are not happy with the quality, we will always sort it out. Ready-made kits can be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition.
