DELIVERY TIME

Each Stitchi Studio embroidery kit is custom-made and hand-prepared. We make your kit in 5–7 business days: we first translate your photo into a pattern and then put your kit together. After that, it reaches you in 2–4 business days.

This ensures you receive top quality, a personal finish, and a freshly made item that has been carefully checked.

FREE SHIPPING

Shipping is always free, with no minimum spend, to every country where you can check out.

TRACK YOUR PACKAGE

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information from PostNL or DPD, allowing you to track your shipment.

NOT SATISFIED?

We are happy to help — service is our top priority. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your embroidery kit. If you're not? Then we will find a solution together.

EXCHANGES

Would you like to exchange a ready-made kit? Let us know within 14 days of receipt via the contact form, with your order number and the product you would prefer. The kit must be in its original condition.

RETURNS

You can return a ready-made kit within 14 days of receipt, in its original condition. Register your return via the contact form; we will then send you the instructions.

CUSTOM PHOTO EMBROIDERY KITS

Kits made from your own photo are made especially for you, to your specifications. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply and they cannot be returned. Not happy with the quality? Then we will always sort it out. We begin creating your unique pattern immediately after the order is placed.
